- 2 keys/Permission to use lockbox
- Copy of survey
- Copy of deed/mortgage/Lease(s)
- List of upgrades and any warranties still in place
- Age of home
- Any information about any insurance claims
- List of inclusions and exclusions
- List of existing rental information
- Information on utilities, (heating, water, hydro, taxes)
